OSS 2025 Social Functions

There are 2 social functions taking place at OSS 2025. Both functions take place at the Symposium Venue. The functions are:

  • Symposium Welcome Function (inclusive with registration)
  • Symposium Dinner ($56.52 + GST per person)

The Welcome Function takes place on Tuesday 4 November 2025 in the Exhibition Hall at the conclusion of the days programme.

The Symposium Dinner takes place on Wednesday 5 November 2025 at the Energy Events Centre from 7pm.

Kapa Haka

As part of the dinner entertainment, we have a performance from a Kapa Haka Group - please see below for details:

The Tō te Rā Sunset Primary School Kapa Haka group is excited to share their culture through waiata and haka with you all.

Joining them is Olena Smyth, a valued member of the Sunset Primary whānau. Olena, who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair full time, works as a teacher aide at the school and has been a long-time customer of Seating to Go. Her involvement in kapa haka highlights the inclusive spirit of the school, the group and the strength of connection within their school community.

The group is honoured to perform at the 2025 Oceania Seating Symposium and to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and the joy of kapa haka.  Mauri ora!
